Testimonials
"I just got back from my first Fromme ride since last Fall and I just had to let you know that I am officially now in the BEST physical shape that I have ever been in my life!!! For all the 8 years that I have been riding Fromme, it has ALWAYS taken me two full hours to climb from the yellow gate to Seventh Secret. Today it took me just under 60 minutes - This is an INCREDIBLE improvement that I don't think I can possibly fully relay to you but I hope that you can tell by my tone." - Susan
"My performance in my outdoor activities, including climbing, mountain biking and trail running, has greatly improved since starting strength training with Monika. I am now able to pedal a bit faster, push a bit harder, and leave the trail feeling more energized than before." - Megan
"I've definitely noticed a difference in my sports activities. I forgot to mention to you today that when I went riding on Monday I felt really strong on the short uphills and managed to power up them even better than I have before." - Lea
"Monika knows her stuff and she actually makes conditioning fun! Her classes have helped me improve my cycling strength and I'm sure it will do the same for my endurance on the ski hill." - Laura
"The program was a great way to get into shape for biking season. I noticed on my first XC ride how much stronger I was on the climbs than I had been in previous season. I guess there is something to say for doing 200 squats a week!" - Jo
