GROUP TRAINING

WOMEN ONLY SMALL GROUP:  Monday/Thursday @ 8:15 pm
COED SMALL GROUP:  Monday/Thursday @ 7:00 pm
Whether you run, bike, paddle or climb, your sport requires core strength, power and stamina.  Come challenge yourself in a small group environment and improve in all areas of your fitness. You will feel stronger after one session, and this strength will increase your sport performance and keep you injury free.  Groups limited to 8 participants.
